Farali Chevdo

Highly delicious Farali Chevdo is offered by us that is mainly eaten (by hindus) during the days and months of fasting. The key ingredient for chevdo is potato. Potato is peeled, washed and shredded. Chevdo can be served as a snack or cereal mix similar to granola, as a topping with yogurt or cereal, or as an ingredient for a poultry stuffing.
